WHAT ARE THE HOA DUES/ASSESSMENTS?
The annual assessments are proportionate based on the cost of maintaining the community in a given year. The current assessment rate is $140 annually.
WHEN ARE HOA ASSESSMENTS DUE?
December 1st of each year
HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH THE DUES/ASSESSMENTS ARE?
The Board of Directors will send out letters to homeowners in November of the year stating what the cost will be. You can also find the information on the website tab under assessments.
WHAT ENERGY COMPANIES ARE IN SUMMER BRANCH?
We have both Flint Energy and Georgia Power.
The street lights/back street of Amberley are GA Power, the front of property and other homeowners are Flint Energy.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE COVENANTS?
You can obtain a copy of the covenants via the website in the documents section here.
WHAT REQUIRES ACC APPROVAL?
ACC approval is needed when there is a change to the home or property that could possibly adversely affect property value of a home.
Many companies such as landscapers, solar power, fencing, won't even do work without HOA approval.
These regulations can be found in your Summer Branch HOA covenant.
WHERE CAN I TURN IN COVENANT VIOLATION COMPLAINTS?
Many residents have concerns and the HOA can't always see everything so if you want to send a complaint to the HOA you can do so on our documents page.
