Hello!  My name is Ron Smith and I am your HOA president.  My wife and I moved to Georgia from Washington DC in 2014 after I retired from the the Air Force.  We were the first family to move into Summer Branch (by a few hours) and have enjoyed watching the community grow.  I work on Robins Air Force base at HQ Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC).  We frequently walk our dogs and you are likely to see us out and about, so feel free to say hi when you do.  My goals while I am the interim president are to ensure contined progress on open projects and provide a seamless turnover after elections.  If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

My name is Torrance Pittman. My family and I have lived in Summer Branch for 4 years. I am proudly serving as Vice President for our HOA. Aside from that, I have worked in the education system for 20+ years. My goal is to assist in the continued development of building a strong sense of community. I hope to help our neighborhood maintain its safe and secure environment. I realize our homes are extension of who we are. Therefore, I hope to protect and increase the value of our investments. I feel strongly that together we can make positive changes that help everyone in Summer Branch.

Hello neighbors.  I’m Raul and have had the pleasure to meet many of you face to face between the various projects going on in our community due to my role as both Treasurer and ACC Director.  I graduated from the United States Air Force Academy back in 2007 and have enjoyed traveling the world, mostly via a C-130.  Now, I am enjoying the retired life and am using some of my free time to serve our community.

I was asked to take on the role of Treasurer in 2022 and have spent that time ensuring that our annual dues are allocated appropriately, and we have a reserve fund to take care of any issues (remember that time someone ran into one of our mailboxes!)  I prepare and send out the budget before our annual meeting which is typically held in November; however, if you have any questions about where and what our dues are being used for, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

As the ACC Director, my goal is to allow each homeowner the opportunity to express themselves while helping them to stay within the covenant guidelines which we all agreed to when purchasing our homes.  I am always happy to discuss your next project and provide clarification regarding the covenants or design standards should you have any questions.

I'm  Dejanora,  (AKA Tish) I work at Atrium Diagnostic and Imaging Center in Macon and I am your HOA Secretary and have served as a member since 2020.  I am a mom of 6 ...yes 6, an Air Force Brat (Father retired) and the wife of an Army Veteran HOOAH... I Love serving the community, traveling, spending time with family and hanging out with friends in our cul-de-sac. I'm a firm believer in being well organized, responsible, honest, and communicative. I always give my honest opinion and when doing so I make sure I give it from a resident's point of view first and foremost because I am a resident first then a board member.  I look forward to continuing serving on the board and helping the Summer Branch community grow closer together. 

Hey Everyone! I've been a member of the HOA since its conception in 2020 and I love serving people and love this community. I'm a veteran of the United States Navy which is why I have an anchor on my door, if you see me give me a wave! I served as a pastor for seven years in Colorado before buying a house in Summer Branch. 
I am now serving as a leader for the Centerpoint Church Kids Ministry, and I also work as convening director for the Clan Forbes society, hosting all three Scottish Highland Games events in the state of Georgia. I am an independent musician and author and have produced and published works that I try to work on in my free time. 
If you see a snake that needs disposed of, a ghost that needs busting, or just someone to talk to, I'm here to listen. God bless you.
